Document Requirements

Packing Slip: Showing Bale counts of product by Grade and Net weight.

Bill of Lading: Must contain the following information:

  • Total Bale Count,
  • Net Weight,
  • PO Number and Booking Number,
  • Container Number and Seal Number

    Minimum Weight Requirements:

    38,000 lbs per 40' HC,
    42,000 lbs per 45' HC

    7 Clear Pictures of Each Container Loading

  • 3 pictures showing the bales as they are loaded into the container (1/4 full, 1/2 full, 3/4 full).
  • After the loading is completed, 1 picture of the loaded container with both container doors open.
  • 1 picture with one container door open and the other door with the container number on it closed. You must be able to clearly see the container number in this picture.
  • 1 picture with both container doors shut and the container number clearly readable.
  • After the container doors are shut, 1 picture of the seal number.
